Mathillo Mailun Khola Jalvidhyut Limited (MMKJL) was established on 30 Shrawan 2069 (14 August 2012), in accordance with the Company Act of Nepal. The company has developed and is currently operating 14.3 MW Mathillo Mailung Khola Jalvidhyut Aayojana. Additionally, the company is in process of developing two other projects: 17 MW Mathillo Mailung ‘B’ Jalvidhyut Aayojana and 13 MW Madhya Mailung Khola Jalvidhyut Aayojana.
